Although the limited English proficiency of front desk staff was noted, their friendliness more than made up for it. Exploring the city with the family was a joy, with the iconic Bund Sightseeing Tunnel and the intriguing Hongqiao Lingkong SOHO China Badminton Hall being highlights worth experiencing firsthand. the inclusive and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel, paired with delightful family-friendly amenities, truly made our trip memorable.
